Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after your purchase is completed. You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a separate email with your tracking number once the parcel is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Remote locations, extreme weather conditions, and high‑volume periods (sales or holidays) may cause delays.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping details are correct. The delivery address must be attended during normal business hours, as a signature may be required.
THE ODD is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit when the courier has been authorised to leave the package unattended.
All orders ship from Barcelona (Spain). International customers are responsible for Customs, Duty and Import taxes required to receive their order. Contact your local customs office for details and estimated costs. Delays in paying customs fees will result in delayed delivery.
